Developer documentation for fremai — EU-sovereign, OpenAI-compatible AI inference. Point any OpenAI SDK, curl, CI job, or opencode at one base URL and switch models by name.
fremai is a drop-in for the OpenAI API. The base URL is https://api.fremai.eu/v1 and keys look like sk-fremai-…. Prompts and completions are never stored or used for training — only billing-relevant token-usage metadata is retained.
